Ladbroke died on March 16, 1847, he had found a buyer, and on March 29, 1847, the freehold of twenty-six of the thirty acres was sold to Reverend Brooke Edward Bridges, a Bedfordshire minister, for £7,750, subject to the existing leasehold interest originally given by J.
